George C. Foulkes — Claims Consultant

George started his insurance career in 1965 as a multi-line claims adjuster with the Aetna Life & Casualty Company in Washington, D.C.

In 1966 he moved to Minneapolis, Minnesota and joined the Allstate Insurance Group as a Claims Supervisor involved in litigation management.

George moved to the Home Insurance Company in 1976 as Corporate Claims Secretary responsible for casualty claims management.

In 1983 George became Vice President of Claims for Chartwell Reinsurance Company handling multi-line treaty and facultative losses.

In 1992, and to the present, George has served in numerous consulting capacities handling workers compensation, construction defect and other types of latent disease losses.

George is a member of the Twin Cities Managers Council and has been actively involved in the Independent Reinsurance Underwriters Association (IRU) and Excess Surplus (X/S) Lines Claims Association.
